Receptionist
Working place: Praque
Daily tasks:
- responsibility for the smooth running of the reception
- appointments scheduling
- answering and directing incoming calls
- administrative support of the doctors and management team
We require:
- secondary education, economy, health service,
- at least 2 year experience
- PC literacy (MS Office)
- organization skills, activity, reliability
- professional telephone manner
- fluent english, other languages are advantage
- excellent communication skills and very pleasent behaviour
- the ability to work as a part of a team
