I. Initial physiotherapeutic consultation:
- Meet your physiotherapist
- Calculation of BMI, check of water/muscle ratio in the body, calcium and mineral levels in bones, visceral fat ratio, calculation of metabolic age and recommended caloric intake
- Measurement of body proportions (waist, hips, thighs) at the beginning and the end of the program
- In the LPG program also the documentation of body proportions and level of cellulite, using the photographic evaluation module (Result 6)
- Selection of a suitable program and appropriate training plan
- Selection of the appropriate dietary plan created by the dietologist
