The neurology department constitutes a basic part of all ambulatory care centers, which offer complex care to their patients. Most people will during their life come in contact with neurology without being seriously ill; as most everybody occasionally suffers from back pain or has problems with the back?
We concern ourselves with the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses of the nervous system. Most often, they are:
Back pain and pain of the motor-muscular system
Headaches, the most common ones, especially among women, being migraines.
Epilepsy
Polyneuropathy
Infections of the nervous system, including multiple sclerosis, cerebral apoplexy Parkinson’s disease, dementia.
Most problems can be successfully treatment after a complete neurological examination; if further tests are necessary /electroencephalography, electromyography, CT of MR/, such will be scheduled at university hospitals.
